Worst service in Irkutsk. Came today for a quick cappucino between 2 meetings, and the place was EMPTY. 10 minutes after ordering i asked if they started my cappucino or not (as they were just standing and talking to each other) and they just laughed saying NO. Got late and didn't get coffee.
Do yourself a favor, walk 10 meters more to go to...
